- And furthermore, on all main real-estate portals till it is sold.
- If you wish you can do up the write-up and description yourself.
- You also can opt for a private or company for sale-sign. (Depending, on the location a must)
- In case of a successful sale by ROBAN ReAct Lda, we will charge you 4% + IVA, unless we must share commission with another agent in which case it will be 5% + IVA.
- Expenses made for legalisation, architects, engineers, builders, certificates, licenses etc. are not included in the fee.
Payment conditions:
- Singing agency contract with ROBAN Realestate Activities Ldª
- With the signing of the Promissory Contract 25%
- With the signing of the title deed (Escritura) 75 %.
- The agency contract will be signed in duplicated with 1 copy for the seller and the other one for me as representative of the company.
